I provide the flexibility to meet you and the signor/signatories on site. I quickly and safely verify signatures and documents. As a certified notary, I check the signer’s ID, witness the signing, and apply my official seal and signature to make it legal.
This service is ideal for acknowledgements, contracts, affidavits, powers of attorney, real estate deeds, and other key papers. I prioritize accuracy, privacy, and professionalism to ensure compliance with state regulations.
Notary Fees:
Acknowledgments for each signature: $15 for first signature ( $7.50 for each additional signature)
Oaths or Affirmations: $7.50 per individual without signature
Jurats: $15 per signature
Certified Copies: $7.50 per certificate
Marriages: $75
I confirm the exact number of document copies that need signatures to ensure a smooth signing process. At Dreyer Sign and Seal, I focus on accurate document preparation to prevent delays.. I require all signers to show a valid government or legal ID to verify their identity, protecting everyone involved. NRS 240.100[3][d], Notaries may charge a minimum of 2 hours for such travel and must charge on a pro rata basis after the first 2 hours.
The travel fee may not exceed $15 per hour for travel between 6am and 7pm, or does not exceed $30 per hour for travel between 7pm to 6am.
*Travel fees may be payable in advance (NRS 240.100[2]).
*Cancellations may still result to payment of scheduled appointment if Notary has begun travel to location, or if the Notary is unable to perform the notarial acts as a result of the actions of the person who requested notarial service(s) (NRS.240.100[4]).
